吃这个坑的粮好似在考古一般， 把黑宝钻翻译成英文的章节看了（只有三章，然后坑了）。

黑宝钻是在毛国影响很大的一篇托尔金同人，正式出版过，由两位俄罗斯作家创作于90年代。

里面的每个角色都和原作相差很大，且都有种病态忧郁的感觉。

特别是关于托卡斯这章，托卡斯是个没有目的的维拉，故而也是他悲哀的根源。他的唯一的目的是战斗，但此时他仍未拥有敌人和战场。在余下的时间里，

He also was the only one of the Valar, who could not create a helper for himself, for there can be no continuation for one who is himself devoid of integrity. 
    Instead of living beings, the Vala Tulkas made but coarse statues with blurred features -as if a sculptor ran a crude hand across the freshly-chiseled faces. 
    Yet the Mighty tried, again and again; not even because he was told to, but because his attempts at creating these golems -devoid of all thought and will - brought him hope of getting rid of loneliness: the other Valar stayed away from him as ages later people will shun lepers and lunatics. In the end, unable to endure this madness, Nessa Indies appealed to Aratar, and the mighty Namo sent the Vala Tulkas two of his own maiar: those who were later called Maktar and Measse at a time when Valinor began to speak in words…they became the Warrior and the Warrioress.

他是唯一一个无法创造迈雅的维拉，“因为自身不完整者不可能创造延续”（我倒觉得这句话 十分适合喵口...），于是他只能不停地雕塑模糊而无特征的石像，来聊解空虚。“那大能者反复尝试，并不是因为他被命令去做，而是因为制造这些无思考亦无意志的假人，给他带来了逃离孤独的希望。 其余的维拉回避他就像后世的人躲避麻风病人和疯子那样。”

这文里的melkor有种无辜的感觉，其他埃奴都只是工具或者乐器，悲哀地做着无意义，一成不变的工作，而Melkor莫名有了自我意识，他反倒是深深爱上了阿尔达。他把阿尔达当成了配偶来对待。

文章的背景采用了 the Book of Lost Tales 里面维拉创造迈雅的设定。 其他的部分则非常违背canon的用了芬罗德和阿丹尼尔那篇里关于Melkor的描述，觉得Melkor才是创造人类者 ，给予人类死亡和自由者。

在这样的世界里， 一如是麻木不仁而严酷的，维拉是机械而空虚的，要么甚至没有意识到自己身为工具的残缺，要么就软弱害怕，只能顺从于大设计。文章构架于“Rúmil的叙述是片面而不完备”的这一点，而进行了大幅度的修改和再创作。Melkor是被抹黑的，他无意识的造成了混乱，但他的本意却只是能尽到自己作为维拉的职责，直到他发现事实和一如的描述全然不符，他就进而改变为，意图把阿尔达从镣铐中解放。

后面的章节没有找到翻译。

故事给我的感觉总体来说还是蛮落后于时代的， 毕竟也是二十多年前的作品。不过在毛国影响很大，出版过，也是为什么angbang在毛国这么火的原因。
